Being good at what we do or what we are providing to the market is not sufficient. It is important for us to realise there is a need for us to communicate to the market of what we are doing. We need to carry out positive steps and actions to make our business or our brand visible in the market.
It is always easy to make ourselves visible in the market. There are many ways available that we can do in order to be visible. However, I personally think we always have a cheaper, proven successful, and meaningful way to make ourselves visible. We only have to take simple action in order to be visible in the market, that is to be in a referral network marketing program.
Choosing to be in a referral network marketing program is not difficult. The program must not only be a membership program, but it has to be a leadership program. A network marketing program which consists of LEADERS will really enhance the value of the membership in the program. By putting ourselves in a group of leaders will ensure we are able to make our business visible within the sights of the leaders in the market. A question to ask ourselves is : "Do we want to be visible in the eyes of leaders, or the others?"
Being in a referral marketing program, we are able to ensure our business to be visible which will also help to create a continuous source of referrals for our business. By getting referrals from the program, we are able to expand our business visibility with the help from the members and referrals that we receive. The effect is multiplying and profound.
Other than growing our visibility through the referrals we are getting from the program and the members, we must always focus on the long lasting relationship that we create within the referral marketing program. There is no guarantee or compulsory for the others to pass us referrals and business. We have to earn it, and we have to be likeable by others in order for the others to refer their contacts to us, in which they are putting themselves at stake. If we focus on creating meaningful relationships with the members around us, they will love us and pass us referrals. People do not care about us until they know how much we care about them.
Being in a referral marketing program is easy, but it is always about the work we commit within the program that matters. If we do not take any positive steps to make ourselves visible, no one else will bother to make us or our business visible. We have to work on ourselves and our business.
If we do not do something for our business to be visible in the market, then why are we working so hard to improve the quality of our products and services?
